After reading several reviews on Yelp, I reached out to three companies. I chose MC Duct because of the five stars and a high number of reviews. They also had the most reviews talking about the great chimney sweeping job they do. Jesse came out on time and was polite and friendly. He answered all of my questions and made a couple of suggestions. The service took less than 1 hour. The chimney is very clean now, very different from before. I am keeping their card for next time!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Jesse and his company! He was able to schedule a time that worked around my busy schedule the same day! He worked fast, restored my chimney to its original beauty, and when he was done I didn’t even know he had been there he was so clean and considerate of the house. He actually took the time to test the fireplace when he was done to make sure it worked properly. Luckily he did that because he noticed I did not have the proper chimney cap for the chimney. Because of that, the smoke would creep into the house, and worse, CO2 with it. He came the next day to remove and replace the cap for less than half the price of another company (even in the rain)! So happy and please with his work! Will definitely use him in the future!!!

I’m really happy with the MC Duct cleaning service. I don’t have a chimney but if I did I’d use them for that too. My dryers were not dyeing my clothes all the way. I had to run my dry 2 or three times to get my clothes dry and even then it was still damp. So got on YouTube to troubleshoot shoot my dryer and I found out it could be the dryer duct. So I called around a few places and MC duct cleaning and Chimney were the friendliest and fare in price. They were also able to come during the COVID stay in place. When the worker arrived he had a mask, gloves, and boodies for his shoes very professional. He was quick and efficient. He took pictures of before and after and was able to send them to me. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and neighbors. All around very happy with their service.
